Introducing the German Pro. This knife encompasses German ingenuity and precision. The blade is made of 1.4116, a steel that was invented in Germany for its multi beneficial use points. The steel is hard enough to withstand heavy cutting, chopping, and dicing - but soft enough to easily sharpen once the blade dulls. Our other knives are made of a harder steel that retain their edge longer, but take much longer to sharpen when the edge does eventually dull. The handle is made of G-10, a water resistant and smooth synthetic resin that will last for years and years.
